2. Data we process and why
We process information such as your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order details, delivery choice, correspondence, device/browser information and, where you consent, marketing and analytics data. We use this data to process and deliver orders, take payment, provide customer service, comply with accounting and legal obligations, secure and improve the store, prevent fraud, and send marketing where you have opted in.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, or your consent under the GDPR.
4. Service providers and recipients
We share personal data only where necessary with service providers such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, IT/accounting providers and relevant authorities where required by law.
For made-to-order products fulfilled by Printful, we may share the information required to produce and deliver your order, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order details. Under Printful's current data-processing terms, Printful acts as a processor when it processes this information on our behalf to fulfil your order.

Some service providers may process personal data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers are protected by an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Printful states that customer data may be accessed or transferred within its group and to service providers in countries including the United States, with GDPR transfer safeguards applied where required.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and to meet legal obligations. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required under Danish bookkeeping rules. Customer-service correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the matter and any related legal claims. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies that are necessary for functions such as cart, checkout and security may be used without consent where permitted. Analytics, marketing and other non-essential tracking technologies are used only where the required consent has been obtained. You can change or withdraw your choices through the store's cookie settings.
Our cookie setup should be reviewed whenever apps, analytics tools, embedded media or marketing integrations are added, because these may introduce new cookies or tracking technologies.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, receive certain data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
