Consumer complaints in Denmark
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, an eligible consumer complaint may be submitted through the Danish consumer complaints system operated by Nævnenes Hus. Complaints are generally handled first by Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and may later proceed to Forbrugerklagenævnet where the conditions are met.
